Over the last two years we have been working alongside Honey and Apple Nightingales and Generations for all on a ‘Creating Intergenerational Communities’ toolkit which they hope will develop potential indicators of good practice. This week we have learned that the lead co-ordinator of the toolkit has put us forward for a prestigious award of Intergenerational Dream Team.
